1:1 Coaching

  • Individuals who:

    • are tired of coming home from work to an empty fridge

    • are tired of ordering take-out.

    • are tired of wasting too much time at the grocery store and in the kitchen.

    • want to take their health and dating game to the next level.

    • want to level up at the gym, but are being held back by their diet.

  • First, we will get on a 30-minute discovery call to see if this program is a good fit for both of us. All levels are welcome to join, with each individual receiving a personalized program tailored to their proficiency in the kitchen and personal goals.

    If we decide to work together, we will begin the coaching program by having a 60-minute initial consultation call where we will discuss your responses to the intake paperwork. You will also be able to provide more insight about your goals through our conversation.

    Based on this conversation, I will design a plan with customized recommendations that will help you achieve your specific goals.

    In our following weekly 1:1 sessions (9 in total), we will monitor your growth as outlined by the guiding recommendations.

    As you begin to experience successes, we will level up the complexity of the recommendations. These recommendations will pertain to creating healthier eating habits, cooking techniques and your ability to cook a diverse set of recipes.

  • After having completed the coaching program, you will:

    • Gain cooking knowledge and a new found confidence in the kitchen to cook for yourself and others that will stay with you for a lifetime.

    • Receive great reviews from your date and/or friends following the perfect night in that you thoughtfully curated, from food to setting and ambiance.

    • Have perfected at least 5 recipes with no prior experience.

    • Know which types of commonly found inflammatory foods to avoid.

    • Know exactly how to navigate purchasing ingredients at a grocery store without wasting too much time there.

    • Have the appropriate kitchen equipment to experiment on your own with new recipes in the future.

    • Lead an all-around healthier diet and lifestyle which has the ability to provide you with more energy, better results at the gym, and less food related discomfort.

    • Save money on sub-par takeout meals.

  • In addition to 1:1 coaching, you will also have access to:

    • Meal plan/instacart: Weekly ingredient list for meal plans, or I can do it for you via Instacart shopping, all you need to do is confirm your shipping address, and day and time you want the groceries delivered.

    • Date night cooking support: Pre-scheduled live cooking support for date nights every other week for practicing purposes, which would lead you to feeling confident enough to cook the meal you want on your date night.

    • Video on demand: Cooking videos for you to pause and play and walk you through the step by step process of any tip, recipe, hack, etc…

    • Unlimited email support: I will be available every step of the way to provide you with as much support as possible.

    • Recipe on demand: a service where you will have the chance to request to be taught any recipe you wish.

    • Kitchen and Pantry clean up: Monthly virtual kitchen and pantry clean-up which would help you optimize the effort put into the kitchen, and minimize time spent cooking and cleaning.

    • Weekly newsletter: Newsletter that contains relevant and helpful guides and tips to help you gain confidence in the kitchen.

    • Free Reiki infused spice kit: that will be used with all recipes you will learn.

week 1

  • 60 minute call for intake paperwork overview on Monday or Tuesday.

  • Finalize your goals for the program.

  • 45 minute call for mindful fridge and pantry clean-up/glow-up on Thursday or Saturday.

week 2 to week 9

  • 60 minute weekly call.

  • Review comfort level as we move forward and level up accordingly.

  • 3 additional 60 minute calls scheduled by the client to practice step by step cooking while on video call.

    • Can include prep for date-nights, hosting special events, etc…

week 10

  • Closing session: We will review the progress made throughout the program, as well as how to use newly acquired skills moving forward.
